When we designed this site, the brief contained one instruction we kept coming back to: design the empty shelf, but do not put fake trophies on it.
A young group faces a temptation to look larger than it is. Invented divisions. A world map of offices. Logos of companies it has spoken to once. The temptation is understandable and the cost is total, because the visitor who matters most is the one who checks.
So the structure you see here is built to hold more than it holds today, and it says so. The register of operating companies has one entry and one dashed slot marked added when it exists. The sectors we look at are labeled open, not active, until something real is there. Nothing is dated earlier than it happened.
An institution is not made of scale. It is made of the habit of telling the truth about scale, kept long enough to matter.
