Five rules for a group that intends to work in more than one industry. They are short because they are meant to be applied, not admired. Each one comes with the place you can see it working.

Evidence over adjectives.
We would rather show the work than describe it. If a claim cannot be backed by something a reader can verify, it does not go on the page.

Understand before you move.
Kinetics is the study of forces acting on systems. We study the system first, then act on it, in that order. It is the slow way, and the only way that compounds.

Any industry. One standard.
The next initiative may be software, hardware, a building, a supply chain or a business on a street corner. What USK brings is the same everywhere: rigor, patience and ownership.

We speak about what exists and build for what compounds. No apology for what is not here yet, and no claims about it either.

Research, engineering and companies stay under one roof, so that what is learned in one is available to the next, whatever industry it is in.
